SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Complete watch service consists of
disassembly of the entire watch movement followed by ultrasonic
cleaning, mechanical cleaning and in some instances hand cleaning of all
movement parts. The timepiece is then reassembled and oiled according to
manufacturers specifications and regulated to at least three positions.
The case is repaired as necessary, refinished and cleaned to as close to
original as possible. Service is completed with any necessary gaskets
and water resistance testing. Finally, all timepieces will be observed
for 72 hours to ensure quality service to you, the customer.
ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS
Your watch is
carefully evaluated to note any problems and an estimate is prepared for
necessary and optional repairs. We will then contact you with the
estimated cost and timeframe. Please keep in mind that actual repair
costs may vary depending on what is found during the actual repair of
your timepiece. We keep you informed every step of the way and never
complete any repairs without your consent. If for any reason you decide
not to proceed with the repair, you will only be charged for return
shipping. Once the estimate has been approved, the average turnaround
time is roughly 3-10 weeks, depending on availability of materials and
complexity of repair.
