California designer Michael Bogosian, better know as Michael B, is best known for his distinctively designed wedding bands and engagement rings in lace and pave diamond settings.
In the early 1990's Michael B began creating jewelry with platinum into innovative and spectacular designs. Michael B was the first to implement Micro Pavé, a method of setting ultra-miniature diamonds around the center stone and later introduced the Trois® Collection, which incorporates a matching band on each side of the engagement ring.
Michael B. is passionate about the materials he uses and his jewelry designs are labor-intensive and warrant only the best metals available.
Michael B - A Family Tradition of Platinum and Diamond Jewelry Design
Michael B jewelry has its roots in the centuries old jewelry making culture of Istanbul. At the age of 10 Michael B carried on his father's legacy and began a full-time apprenticeship with one of the finest jewelry houses in Istanbul. He later moved to the Untied States and within a few years time, Michael B developed a reputation as the finest jeweler in the area.
Continuing with the family tradition, Michael B founded his own retail jewelry store in 1972 which he named after his son, Matthew. Matthew's is now one of the premier jewelry boutiques in all of Los Angeles.
Michael B's sons Matthew, Brian, Michael and Arthur are poised to carry on the Michael B. legacy of platinum and diamond jewelry designs for generations to come.
