Jewelry Cleaning and Inspections

Any Solomon Brothers customer is welcome to come in 7 days a week to have their rings or any jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected. It is important to have your jewelry inspected at least once a year to ensure that no parts are starting to become loose, cracked, or damaged in any serious way. This service can be done while you wait as long as there is a jeweler available. Plus you will love the way your jewelry sparkles after being cleaned!

Jewelry Repair

We have a team of expert bench jewelers on site that handle all jewelry repairs. When you purchase a ring at Solomon Brothers, your first re-sizing is free (within 1 size up or down and within one year of purchase date). Our expert jewelers can handle just about any job, whether it is to repair your jewelry to make it like new or to transform your jewelry into a brand new work of art. A list of our repairs includes but is not limited to: ring sizing, rhodium plating, stone tightening and replacement, re-tipping or re-tightening prongs, soldering, re-mounting, and chain/clasp repairs.

Watch Repair

Our watch repair services include battery replacement, band replacement, band sizing, and automatic watch repair.

Diamond Buy Back and Lifetime Upgrades

Upgrades

If you are looking to upgrade to a larger, higher quality stone, Solomon Brothers will apply the full amount of your original diamond purchase towards the purchase of a new diamond of greater value. The new diamond must be a heavier carat weight and must be equal or better color and clarity when compared to the original stone. This special upgrade program only applies to in stock Solomon Brothers stones. It is important to note that there are diamonds available on our website that are not in stock.
